Better Hearing and Speech Month Proclamation





Thanks to the efforts of MSHA President Amy LeBert and President-Elect Kimberly Ward, May is now officially Better Hearing and Speech Month for the City of Hattiesburg! We were so thrilled to have Mayor Toby Barker today to read the proclamation among a crowd of faculty, students, and alumni at the University of Southern Mississippi. 

The Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences and it’s Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Clinics are so proud to be leading the way in this unprecedented moment for our city and its citizens! #BHSM
